Diversified engineering business with repeat clientele, Solid benefits, Professional atmosphere, Good results oriented, no non-sense people. Flexible hours.

Cons

Getting bigger by acquiring smaller companies, Sometimes a roller coaster ride on work load. No bonuses for workers other than managers.

Cons

Most structural engineering work is outsourced. Only misc. and small project are given to structural engineers. Work at a structural only firm if you want to design anything big.
