Great company, really nice people, great environment to work in. The employee stock ownership program is really really good!

Cons

Large firm so upward mobility could be limited. I wish there were end of year bonuses like smaller firms have it

Pros

Flexible working environment for most, great Project Managers, love the local IT group, great resources available for the marketing team and still opportunities to contribute.

Cons

I was stuck. When asked about promotion and salary increase to match my capacities for a year, I was continually met with a "will be discussed later" or "we can't do that right now". When I was told there was no opportunity for me to advance until others did (keeping in mind, my advancement would NOT affect their title, role, or responsibility), it was met with a no. Time I was there, I receive no constructive criticism on things I needed to improve upon, just "keep doing what you're doing". I left confused, hurt, and really let down.

Cons

No advancement for non-managers or cadd tech's. No formal training opportunities. High utilization rates and low respect for non-engineers.
