HDR Inc. is a well-established global company with a solid reputation in engineering, architecture, and environmental services, which can enhance an employee's professional credibility.

Cons

At HDR Inc., I often faced high workloads and tight deadlines. The corporate structure feels bureaucratic, and navigating through it can be challenging. While there are development opportunities, I've noticed that advancing in certain roles can be difficult. Even though the company promotes work-life balance, some positions require significant overtime making that balance hard to maintain. The office culture also varies from location to location.
