      Good Company, Bad Office

      Pros

      Overall the company is great. They do a lot of cross office work so you do get to work with people across the country, and they do make it easy to transfer between offices.

      Cons

      Alexandria office is poorly run, and doesn't believe in growth of employees or retention of talented individuals. They are very stuck in their old ways, and aren't open to knew ideas and new trends.

      Pros

      -Pleasant, knowledgeable staff -Diverse company -Flexible work/life balance -Benefits standard with industry -Seamless work sharing with other offices (specialists) -Specialists in areas you didn't know existed, diverse workforce to tackle anything

      Cons

      -So diverse as to have many specialists and require your work to narrow focus. Limited range to explore on a day to day basis. Of course, unless you want to transfer to another job in the company. -Just a number feeling -Growth in stock value rules the day
