      The environment at HDR was ideal for a new graduate. There was a great balance of youth and experience. You were slowly brought into the thick of things

      Like in every office, politics played a big part of getting promoted.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive of goals to further one's career. Communication from the top down about company profitability (including problems) is very open. Office morale is excellent. Employees are quite dedicated and nearly everyone is willing to be helpful wherever needed. No "That's not my job!" here!

      Cons

      Administrative/clerical staff grossly underpaid compared to local industry standards.

      Good leadership, competitive pay, great training programs, decent benefits, employee owned, great stock value

      They support politicians that may be good in short term for company but not for long term welfare of country or even the company.
