      - Access to training - Life / Work balance is very good - Vacation time and Holiday time is good and generally easy to take - Sr. Managers are approachable and very smart

      - Competitive culture: Limited projects can get political when working to stay utilized - Company seems run on utilization rates - More linkage between their superior Senior Management team with Mid Level Managers

      Pros

      Very friendly people everywhere, every day, every branch. Great relationship with project managers and everyone is very open to help you out with any questions you have during your internship.

      Cons

      Very easy to become a workaholic, atleast when you are an intern because of trying to impress everyone you can. Sometimes work is really slow.
