      Pros

      The company culture is great! Benefits are okay, and pay is competitive enough.

      Cons

      The internal "hierarchy" is unclear and in my department specifically, everyone is "too busy" to help, so you're on your own to try to figure out what needs to be done, but then supervisors get upset when things are taking too long to get completed. Utilization is an issue.

      Pros

      You have the ability to work on unique projects all around the world and do it with amazing engineers. There is no siloing different industries and everyone is always willing to help no matter who they are. C class is also very active in the company and takes feedback seriously. The employee stock option is top notch and always performa very well.

      Cons

      The company is very risk adverse so working on smaller local jobs doesn't always happen when there is a potential risk to the pursuit.
