Business Outlook
Pros
This has been an awesome company to start with. Great 401K match, median salary for the area. At least got a raise every year, but budget for it was small. Good management is assisting in pushing us to advance in the company.
Cons
After hours expected, overtime but cant pick and choose. Management seems confused at times on directives from above and how to implement them. Slow to do anything. PTO is less than other places, no holidays.
