Cool tech, flex schedule is good

Cons

Way too many managers and not enough lower level workers. promotions are nonexistent and the ones you get do not come with raises. They're overloading what few employees stuck around after the voluntary severance with even more work than possible. No OT pay for salaried employees.

The Company has been great for me. Faithful in advancement and quick with raises. I really enjoy all the growth I've gone through here in such a short time.

Cons

HDT has a really old school vacation policy, making it near impossible to have much time off. I would like to re focus my career out of manufacturing all together.
