Plenty of growth potential and senior leadership seems to like to promote from within. The job is very rewarding and help our troops in their everyday mission. The sense of delivering a quality product to the world's finest certainly makes the bad days seem better.

Cons

The Defense market as a whole is a challenge right now and it has become a very high pressure job and it appears it will only get worse. Communication seems to be a little slow to come from the top.
