      Lack of leadership has resulted in a complete breakdown in all aspects of business. Most importantly safety is not taken seriously. No action plan is in place, while management maintains they are doing s great job. Vertical integration is not only non-existent but dysfunctional. Divisions actually sabotage one another to eliminate their opportunity to bid on projects. No clear direction. Divisional leaders are micromanaged, but not to create ethical policy. Only to implement cost cutting.

      Pros

      Radiant Power Corp, whom I've already reviewed, is an amazing company to work for! That is in part because HEICO is a great parent-company. They have high standards, full benefits, and room for advancement.

      Cons

      HEICO is my employer's parent-company, through which hiring is done, so when I positively review my company ... people looking to interview through HEICO won't realize how well-reviewed my company is!
