Some co workers are definitely good people.
Cons
Corners are cut daily, facility is not good, management squeezes their best workers for end of the month profits and throw the word family around. When it comes to raises, they’ll start looking for reasons not to give you one. If you get .50 cents be ready to act like you just won the lotto. Worked for the company in multiple roles for basically 6 years and no one cared . They will low ball you and make you feel like you’re not in important. The second word used as much as “family” is “dispensable.” go figure.
