Pros

Great benefits, work life balance and great people! The new leadership is involved and hands on and interested in the employee base. The revamped HR team has brought life back to the office with many improved processes and fun employee events and friendly and inviting demeanor. the company has done an excellent job managing the pandemic.

Many long time employees that are slow to change
