Allows Full Remote Work, Has Good People, Company Has Good Benefits
Cons
During my time at the company there were illogical waves of hires and then layoffs. There was a lack of QA and refinement for what you'd expect at a software company. However, at the time I left they seemed to be making improvements.
Pros:
- The company offers exposure to interesting projects and modern technologies.
- Colleagues are generally supportive and collaborative.
- Work environment is professional, with opportunities to learn if you take initiative.
Cons
Cons:
- Career progression and recognition could be more structured.
- Communication between management and employees sometimes lacks clarity.
- Work-life balance depends heavily on the team and project you’re assigned to.
