      Okay company with no advancement and crappy leadership

      Pros

      Work isn't stressful, only have "crazy" deadlines sometimes

      Cons

      Leadership is very political and doesn't know what's going on half of the time. No room to advance unless you want to become an IT and get Sec +. Low pay
