      Bad work culture within Technical Solutions Group

      Pros

      Very stable job. Rarely have layoffs due to long contracts. Consistent raises/merits every year.

      Cons

      Upper managers don't seem to care about your work. No official training provided in order to save a couple bucks. Bad work culture. They don't train for backups.
