      Easy internal movement but biased management and low pay

      Pros

      Started in a trade and moved to different positions pretty easily.

      Cons

      Pay is low, raises are low even though you exceed expectations, management is extremely biased and the only ones promoted are yes men. Parking is awful, plan to get here 2 hours early and walk in the dark past all the homeless people.
