      Great place to get your foot in the door. Hardwork desent pay.

      Pros

      They bring you in as an apprentice or helper with no experience and help train you. At least put you in the door anyway. But its a great opportunity.

      Cons

      Hard to work when your welding and someone snatches your leads n run. Or they steal your bolts or they decide their taking their machine back. Or you have a machine that's no good. Its too much confusion. Not proper leadership. Have to teach yourself what to do and hang in there.
