- Pay is fair - Good learning opportunities - Large Company

Cons

- Tough if you have a bad manager - Poor benefits at times - Difficult to progress in the company

Its this reason exactly that we are putting efforts toward continued manager training - regardless of how great a company is and the opportunities, it does sometimes come down to a specific bad manager who many not uphold our values or meet our standards for developing and supporting their people. But this is a large company and our hope is that folks are able to explore new teams in order to thrive.
