Great pay, great benefits, and they'll work hard to keep you.

Cons

It's a huge company with huge company expectations (lots of paperwork and a little corporate "culture")

Good people, interesting work, but the CEO should be fired.

Pros

Good people, stable niche, unique technology and capabilities. Pay is good.

Cons

Roanoke: A little bit more guts and assertiveness in management would be nice. Capabilities need more internal investment to stay competitive. Limited advancement potential. Good if you are younger or older, in between not as much. Corporate: Instead of cultivating and rewarding his workforce, CEO Mike Peters is a COVID VAX Crusader and is loosing his employees because of it.
