      Good health and dental insurance.

      Cons

      Terrible “leadership”, disrespectful management, no strategic vision. Program managers were allowed to treat people terribly with no consequences. The answer to this issue was to have HR attend literally every meeting with the problem people. A joke. This place is absolutely awful.
