Pros

The company is learning from past circumstances. I have seen where consideration of employees needs and goals is becoming a factor. No company can grow / continue if employees are leaving.

Cons

The good old boy network is clinging to life. There is push back from older team members to the use of updated methods and processes. I admit there is a need to know / understand why things are done the way they are / have been done. But an understanding that with retirements the loss of understanding is not good, and "Tribal Knowledge" is not good when the prior members leave for retirement.

As a company with history and legacy, there is a lot of stability. But it's our ability to evolve that allows us to succeed. That is true now more than ever. Thank you for your review. It's great to know that changes are being felt and seen.
