      Pros

      The money we make doing our job is limitless. You can work as much overtime as you want 7 days a week.

      Cons

      The RCTQS school is located in Portsmouth so commuting back and forth was a inconvenience for people who lived on the peninsula.

      Pros

      I liked the opportunity for overtime and great pay. The management really helped the employees reach their goals they wanted.

      Cons

      It was a culture of slack. Everyone tried to do as little as possible because advancement was pretty much based on seniority and it was automatic for the most part. You didn't get ahead by being a hard worker.
