Pros

Working for a large name with many options for lateral moves.

Cons

Lack of advancement moves. Also the end of the year raise was so bad that it hurt and i had to leave.

Pros

They are competitive, very fair, and treated me very well. I worked on one of their contracts until COVID budget problems (at the client) forced a premature end. I would have stayed with HII on that contract as long as they would have me. Great company.
