      Pros

      This is a very stable job with pretty good benefits. I was able to work remotely.

      Cons

      Internal opportunities to move up and raises are severely constrained by budget. Toxic and outdated culture. Leadership not great at listening.

      Absolutely the WORST company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      Good experience, opportunity to learn new software and build technical skills for the fresh college grad. They are willing to give people chances if you do not have the background or experience to do the work you are hired for, but better learn quick or they will fire you,...or find a dirty reason to.

      Cons

      Typical, BIG business, filled with bureaucracy, cronyism, and nepotism! They hire a TON of ex-military folks. Most of whom, cannot interact with the normal or average person. Heavy, industrial work environment inside the shipyard and outside the shipyard. Downtown, messy, crowded, heavy traffic work environment. If you love that, then you will do GREAT there!
