Pros

Worked remote, co-workers were great folks, immediate management layers were great.

Cons

Higher up management was typical corporate nonsense, told us we were doing great then an abrupt downsizing of the group. Pay was lower than market.

The company has great benefits packages. For most entry and mid level positions not to much overtime is required.

Cons

Limited advancement opportunity. Company is beginning to cut many high paying positions. Shipbuilding sector is struggling.
