      Great place to work!

      Pros

      Great place to work, especially if you are new to the job force. Establish great relationships with great people and gain the experience that is needed. Good benefits including 401k matching.

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive as it should be for the workload. A lot of people are not held accountable for their duties of the job.
