Pros
I like being paid to write! I am not naturally a scientifically-oriented person, and this job also gives me an opportunity to learn more than I ever thought I would in those fields. Furthermore, I see myself being happy and productive here for a long time! I also like the freedom and flexibility to generally make my own hours and to take on as much extra work as I want to. Last but not the least, everyone in the office has been very kind and welcoming!
Cons
Perhaps, this will probably fix itself as I stay longer, but I'm not understanding the timeline between me uploading a set and getting a score. Although I definitely realize that several hours of work goes into each editing project, I assume it's a question of workload.
