Pros

coworkers were wonderful - lots of fresh out of college people who didn't care too much about the job

Cons

management is ridiculous. all these reviews are fake, by the way. no upward mobility at all. do not move to a new city to take this job. do not care to much about this job once you get there. collect your paycheck, plan for the future, and don't let the nonsense/lack of leadership/complete disrespect for you as an employee from management bother you. leave as soon as you are able to.

Pros

I can't think of any good thing aside from it's still a job that pays.

Cons

Working here as writer felt like you're working under a dictatorship kind of leadership. There's no freedom at all to incorporate your own ideologies and creativity to what you're writing. They have strict guidelines that needed to be followed at all costs or else, you'll ending up being fired. I didn't like how the system operates and I didn't support writers being choked to follow foolish rules and make them forget their own creativity, so I quit.
