Opportunity to work independently, bonuses and flexible time.

Cons

This place has the management where they don't listen to employees' opinions. Feedbacks or suggestions don't man a thing to them. Unless you're from the management team, they will just tell you to shut up and suck it up whatever the issues you have with your job. They have this thinking that if you don't want how things are being managed, you are free to leave the door anytime.
