If you're starting out as your first job you can get some experience and move on to another company get a few years experience move on to better opportunities. Get a few years experience and move on to better opportunities.

Cons

I'm pretty sure this job did irreparable damage to my mind. The negative reviews are completely accurate and go back years, so you can see they have no interest in improving when everyone is saying over and over again that the salary, workload, training management, etc sucks! Not worth it, and don't expect anything to change.

Pros

Learn a lot about immigration laws and application. Ideal for recent grad and don't mind the pay.

Cons

They lead you to believe they have fantastic work ethics and treat everyone fairly but you are simply just a number and they do not care one bit about their employees. Too much manipulation in salary right from starting of the employment till end of the employment. This is extremely poor practice and disgustingly unprofessional.
