      Pros

      Best Construction company to work with because the company works together as a whole rather than office verses field. Saleries and bonuses are some of the highest in the industry.

      Cons

      You are often kept traveling or on demanding time schedules which keep you from any personal life.

      Worked there for over 5 years and can't think of any...free coffee?

      Cons

      Management has some issues. Too arrogant to admit when they make mistakes, so they just blame subordinates instead. They drive away top performers with lousy salaries. Instead of rewarding accomplishments with a bonus, they "reward" you with verbal recognition (is there really any value to verbal recognition if its coming from someone you have no respect for?) and by piling on the workload.

      Pros

      Growth opportunities, work/life balance, place value on each employee, encourage cross departmental engagement and collaboration, investing in tools and people, fun place to work, great people. Executive leadership is very honest and open about the state of the company.
