      Management plays favorites and acts unethically, ownership is more concerned with what you look like than your work. Culture revolves around being drunk.

      Worked there for over 5 years and can't think of any...free coffee?

      Cons

      Management has some issues. Too arrogant to admit when they make mistakes, so they just blame subordinates instead. They drive away top performers with lousy salaries. Instead of rewarding accomplishments with a bonus, they "reward" you with verbal recognition (is there really any value to verbal recognition if its coming from someone you have no respect for?) and by piling on the workload.
