      Pros

      Great company, good culture. Your experience will depend a lot on the team you are working with. Great bonuses as they depend on your yearly project(s) profit. At least on my team, work/life balance is very good. However, HITT used to have a very bad reputation regarding W/L balance.

      Cons

      Salaries are not the best. Bonus are good but you are in data centers. Otherwise, you will have to make around 1M in profit to get a good bonus. Its not always easy as sometimes it doesn't depend on you.

      Competitive pay and interesting projects.

      Cons

      Work life balance does not exist. Favoritism is high with promotion and leadership roles making you question the quality of the company. 12+ hours a day, weekend and holiday work is expected. Lean improperly contracted projects are the norm. The company culture is all smoke and mirrors.
