      Pros

      The HITT project team was very supportive in learning systems (internal training university), provided VERY competitive pay for the Seattle market and were driven and united toward growing the Seattle office and presence within the PNW.

      Pros

      HITT is a great place to work. If you put in the effort and understand the work you can go far and make a very decent amount of money ($200k +). Kim the CEO is amazing and there are a lot of opportunities to engage with upper management.

      Cons

      You will work 12 hour days very frequently and they are extremely against working from home.
