      Pros

      They paid well especially in operations and do things to keep employees engaged. Welcoming environment where everyone is accesible including c-suite.

      Cons

      Very little flexibility, the company is not going to retain talent with no telework or flexible schedule options. There is an old school mentality that they don’t want to let go of.

      -Fantastic reputation, subcontractor base, and talent pool -Very efficient standardized way of managing construction -The Futures Program is second to none, great starting ground for recent grads -Pay is top of the market, good amount of starting PTO -Some of the most knowledgeable and helpful construction professionals in the industry

      No cons. A cautionary for new employees- be prepared to learn and advance at a very aggressive pace
