This company may have a decent reputation in Virginia. However, the Oregon branch was the epidemy of how awful corporate America is. The management was not around much at all. One senior PM was absent for the majority of the project on vacation and still gained credit for all of the work. Rather than being supportive of the APM team, management is deceptive and unfortunately quite incompetent. I have never worked at a company in which senior leadership wasn't a phone call away. In this case, senior leadership was halfway across the country. Management is quick to point fingers and slow to accept any faults of their own.
