      Pros

      Great company to work with, good work environment, some incredible and understanding people to work alongside and grow valuable relationships with.

      Cons

      Upper management is very old school and slow to adjust to the new work force’s view on what is acceptable, overly strict dress code, unnecessarily strict rules on how to carry yourself 24/7, can be a bit of a popularity contest at times, work/life balance does not seem to be a concern of upper management, very unacceptable behavior by some coworkers that would make HR’s head spin, some people like to point fingers instead of owning their mistakes.
