Company committed to no lay-offs throughout the pandemic and maintained their word. Even as the company grows, there is a family feel where leadership and peers truly care for you. Revenue is projected to be record breaking this year.

Cons

Client-first company means long hours - replying to emails at night/weekends, etc.

- Exposure to great projects and great clients - Smart and experienced team members with lots of knowledge - Great benefits package

Cons

- ZERO work/life balance - Upper management likes to trick younger employees into failing and looking bad - Less experienced employees are scapegoat for all problems - Expect a minimum 60 hour work week - You get penalized for having a life outside of HITT. They want you to eat, sleep, breathe HITT. Living up to the social expectation of the job is part of your review. - Managers and team members will hold all negative feedback until review time to hurt their peers ability to receive promotions and raises. - The company is a good old fashion boys club. If the old regime doesn't like you, you'll be an outsider before you know it.
