Pros
-I like how the majority of the Superintendent take care of their workers -Happy Hours are nice, get to know more of the people you work with -they have nice site events for the big projects -they have a Company University to take classes, but it is hard to attend if you work in the field because it during the time you work
Cons
-PAY -Benefits could be little better -Hard to get a raise - I feel that they should appreciate their field workers more - Moving up is pretty difficult, I know people who worked decades there and don't get an opportunity
