      Pros

      Salary, bonus and benefits are great. Career growth opportunities are very well establish and they have a great program for entry level employees and interns.

      Cons

      Work-life balance needs improvement. Expect to be working anywhere from 50-70 hour weeks including occasional weekends. Taking sick days are frowned upon.

      The team atmosphere on travel projects is better than anything I've experienced. this may change team to team but with the leadership we had on site and lack of ego throughout the team it was a great experience working on the projects that i was involved with.

      Cons

      Senior management. While i understand that this is a business, the human aspect of the worker has been lost for much of my coworkers. instead we are seen and treated almost purely as assets to the company.
