Pros

great pay, helpfull people*(no micro managing)* , informative about pay, any issues i have had have been delt with in a timely fashion. i feel like i matter at my job. (your treated like an adult). vacation and holiday compensation is great, also thoughtful giving out gifts for the holidays.

Cons

cant really think of any other than wish the health care was better or more affordable had to get a private health provider for me and my family.

Pros

Growing company, Very knowledgeable staff, Flexibility, very minimal micromanagement.

Cons

Lack of communication to remote employees. Should implement a better PTO plan that is the same across the board for all internal employees. Some management and staff need an attitude adjustment and to learn how to communicate effectively and positively with colleagues. Should offer a 401K plan to internal employees for a company at the current size. Changing the compensation plan internally is going to create very high turn over for the recruiting department and a headache for the Director.
