      Thank you so much for giving HKA five stars; especially as you are a current employee with us. Thank you for all you do to make HKA a great Company. I was pleased for you that you think we have "good career plans into working" - as you know, we care very much about our brilliant people and hope everything we do makes HKA a great place to work, play and grow. Sorry to read that you think HKA has a "low bonus in the same industry". I respect that this is your opinion of course. I do offer a view points in return. We do focus our reward on performance results and good behaviours of colleagues and it is always a challenging task to allocate bonus of course. We must in HKA continue to work hard to improve what we offer our people to motivate, support high performance and of course retain brilliant colleagues too. I was slightly surprised that you said "doesn't recommend" - I wonder if you pushed the wrong button as it seems incongruent to your five star rating! I apologise if I have deduced this incorrectly.       Pros

      HKA is putting diversity and inclusion at the top of its business agenda. It is being very authentic in the approach to make the business a great and inclusive place for all colleagues. A special bonus to thank all non-Partner colleagues has been greatly appreciated. The last year through the pandemic has been especially challenging for a number of colleagues and it is great to see an employer genuinely put the welfare and happiness of its people first.

      Still working through a pandemic so not able to travel and meet colleagues in person.

I was so happy for you to read your post; especially that you see HKA is putting the health and wellbeing of our brilliant people first. Also I was pleased to see that you think we are making progress on equality, diversity and inclusion. We have really engaged and clever team members helping us make our continuous improvement journey on this important topic. I am sorry that currently meeting colleagues in person is very difficult.       Pros

      Truly open and collaborative, a lot of internal initiatives to better the firm from inside. Significant push from the top to understand what the staff think and adapting to feedback.

      Cons

      Nothing much. Admin side of things may be difficult at times.

I am very happy for you that are feeling the open and collaborative culture we have at HKA. This is so important especially as you have been working with us for less than a year and during a pandemic. You are so right we do have a continuous improvement approach to keep making HKA better, particularly after we have listened to what our brilliant people have said. I also think you are right about our admin side. We need to keep improving there and automating with digital improvements as much as we can for our people and our clients.
