Really good to note that you felt we are "A Company on the Rise" and we have a "developing culture focused on people" and another "Pro" you listed was "global opportunities" - no surprise that I totally agree with you! We are in fact in growth mode to recruit more brilliant diverse people. I found your post very balanced. I think you are right we are continuing "to focus on better communication and further development of company culture". We are on a progressive journey of improvement and we are not complacent as there are areas where we need and want to improve. Thank you for saying HKA is a "great company to work in" - wonderful to read and as you know, we also continue to focus our energy and plans to improve further. I saw you are a Partner in Glasgow and you have worked with us for over 8 years. I totally agree with you; and my lived experience is that HKA is very collaborative and we truly value our people.
