Thank you so much for recommending HKA and for posting a review as a current employee in Doha. Thank you also for everything you have achieved to make HKA a great company with a continuous improvement approach; especially as you have been with us for over five years. Pleasing to read that you think HKA has a good reputation under the Pros heading. As you know, everyone works hard to increase and protect our HKA reputation. Our Clients and our People really matter to us. I am sorry that under the Cons heading you said you feel like a machine being rented out. I hope that since your posting of Jan 2018, we have improved and this is no longer the feeling you have. Always feel free to reach out to your Line Manager, your Continent Head or your People Team member; including myself, if you would welcome talking on this point. I am sorry that I am only now replying to your post. Part of our continuous improvement approach is to reply to every Glassdoor posting, as we value opinions and we can learn from them. Thank you for posting back in October 2017. I am sorry that I am only replying to your post now; this is because we have adopted a "continuous improvement" approach at HKA and this now includes responding to all posts on Glassdoor, as we do value all opinions shared. Delighted to read under Pros that you say we have "good culture, light workload and good management" - thank you. I am sorry to read that you don't recommend HKA and you have concerns about senior management. I have worked with HKA for over a year now and do see it differently to you - I see a very committed, passionate and supportive leadership team who put our people first. I do respect that these are your views and also that HKA is likely to have evolved significantly since you you posted.
