Needs better communication between hr and staff

Low pay compared to the workload, frequent overtime expectations, and poor work-life balance. Weekend work may be assigned with very short notice, sometimes as late as Friday night for Saturday or Sunday coverage. Production schedules are often not well planned, which leads to last-minute changes and unnecessary pressure on employees. Employees may also be expected to work on their days off or handle tasks outside their official job responsibilities, including non-engineering support tasks such as rental car returns or helping business travelers with personal matters. Management should improve workforce planning, communication, and boundaries around non-work-related responsibilities.
