Good benefits, great location (if you are posted in Jakarta), alot of activities, comfortable office space, provided lunch

Cons

Leaders who wear black clothing speak full of BS and act as if they are little kings and queens that live in the Sampoerna castle. You can only make it if you rub elbows with the black suit leaders. HR doesnt help when you have issues with your team and your black suit manager.
