      Pros

      Salary is good & almost everything’s systemized already. Facilities are fair & it’s a good place to learn. Use your time wisely, build connection here & there & you’ll learn a lot.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is quite an issue. Some managers in Area or Regional offices sometimes still act in a rather sexist manner towards women.

      Personally i was recruited as a graduate trainee which is a 2 year development program to prepare you to enter managerial level. Along the program, i have been equipped with so many development program. Not only for the technical skills but also interpersonal skills
