      good pay. good bonus (so far) but not aspirational (anymore), especially for the one who seek challenges

      Pros

      best place to learn the old way how to do the business. we are quite diverse and gender equals. benefits are good. paycheck is ok.

      Cons

      some senior managers are not walk the talk. and not comfortable with new approach. the “ive done this before” or “i know better” kind of type. people are tend not want to speak up politics in every cubicles. favoritism is still there. bias are almost in every corner. if you need a work place with open mind approach and exiting challenges, this is not the place. because most of then are not really fancy on new approach.

      -Great infrastructure and processes (high standards to benchmark against) -Great C&B, awesome perks -Everything is properly done, well prepared, and well thought-out -Met numerous talented and highly competent people -International assignment opportunities, strong global network -Seasoned management team, can learn a lot from them -Competitive nature -Meritocracy: If you do well, you will go far -Great people development

      -Too slow to adapt -Due to strict regulations, marketing is repetitive and boring - limiting young people’s opportunity to be as creative and adaptable as those from other industries -Bad ethics and habits among area office people - degrading women, mixing work with pleasure in very unprofessional manners -Corruption among seniors

      Pros

      Good development program for new hires. Great opportunity if you have very high flexibility and are comfortable working in a very fast paced and dynamic environment.

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy. Too much complications. Too much office politics. Employee Aspirations are heard but not listened to. Poor work life balance.
