      1. Some of managers I've met there is the nicest mentors I ever had, they give opportunities, share their wisdom and experience so that we can get the career we want 2. Dynamic and very competitive environment

      It's never enough to be the high contributor to unlock next step of career , either you need luck or timing, if you have neither, then you got to have extra super as*-licking skill

      - Very good benefits (bonuses, yearly increase, medical) - Good manager - A lot of cons, but I still got paid :)

      Cons

      - Tasks & responsibilities are not clear - Restructuralization happened all the time - A lot of administration process that is very stressful - Vital tasks are handled by vendors, not internal - Simple tasks can be complex - Tech is only complimentary - A lot of approvals - A lot of meetings
